Named after Chef Dave's trans son Ollie, this restaurant features Detroit style pizza, smash burgers, Mediterranean food, and a variety of tasty pastas along with a fun cocktail program. With an expansive menu as well as an elegant newly remodeled interior, Ollie's is the perfect location for everyone in the family.

We are a family friendly, casual dining restaurant in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. 

We make our food with love from scratch daily. 

We offer culinary accommodations like gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and take notifications of allergens seriously. Ollie’s is proud to offer extensive gluten-free and celiac-friendly options. We use a dedicated gluten-free fryer and clearly mark items that are gluten-free or can be prepared gluten-free upon request.

We are also PROUD to offer options to make our guests more comfortable while visiting us like fidgets, coloring pages, noise reducing headphones, and a choice to order through a QR code at the table or have a server take your order.
