What would you do as an IT Specialist?

As an IT Specialist, you'll be the go-to hero for all things tech-related! Your day will be filled with providing top-notch technical support to fellow bank employees, tackling IT and business application incidents with troubleshooting and swift resolutions. You’ll get to flex your problem-solving skills while documenting solutions that keep our operations running smoothly. When challenges arise that need extra expertise, you’ll collaborate with your team by escalating requests and incidents for further assistance. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our asset management systems alongside network operations and business systems analysts, ensuring our hardware and software inventory is always accurate and up to date.

Would you be a great IT Specialist?

To thrive as an IT Specialist, you’ll need a solid foundation in computer science, IT, or network administration, ideally backed by an associate degree or equivalent experience. A basic training in PC and information technology support is essential, coupled with a familiarity with the ITIL framework for delivering top-notch IT services. Your analytical mindset will empower you to tackle challenges innovatively, while your organizational skills will help you keep track of ongoing requests and incidents. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
