Administrative Services Supervisor

The City of Appleton is accepting applications for the full-time, Administrative Services Supervisor. Work involves supervision of the records section personnel and facilities maintenance tasks. Work requires supervising, training and evaluating staff, establishing priorities, distributing work, and overseeing contractual maintenance services. Work is performed under general supervision of the Assistant Chief of Police.


Qualifications 


Six to seven years of record management experience in a law enforcement setting, three to five years in public administration, graduation from high school, plus additional training of at least two years college, business, or technical school; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Salary


The annual salary range for this position is $62,717.60 - $94,076.40, plus an excellent fringe benefit package including paid time off, health, life, dental, and Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). The WRS is among the best funded and best managed public pension systems in the country.
