Dragonfly Hot Yoga, Delta Beer Lab, and Miggy's Bakes are teaming up to bring together three of our favorite things - local yoga, local goodies, and local brews! We start out with a fun all-levels bodyweight Yoga Up™ class inside the Delta Beer Lab’s actual brew room. After bending and moving amongst the tanks of craft beverages in the making, enjoy a delicious frosty pint of your choice in the taproom with your fellow yogis and enjoy sweets from Miggy's Bakes!
